David Williams

David Williams is a Principal and joined Bixby in 2001. Prior to joining Bixby, Mr. Williams developed real estate in Russia with The Jensen Group. Mr. Williams graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in 1993.

 


 

David Rotenberg

David Rotenberg is a Principal and joined Bixby in 2007. Prior to joining Bixby, Mr. Rotenberg practiced law in Chicago at a large firm. Mr. Rotenberg graduated with honors from Vassar College in 1999 and received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004.

 


 

Steven Fass

Steven Fass is a Principal and joined Bixby in 2008. Prior to joining Bixby, Mr. Fass worked in LaSalle Bank’s Real Estate Capital Markets group originating loans of all asset classes. Mr. Fass graduated from Duke University in 1997 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and earned his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in 2005.

 


 

Michael Battin

Michael Battin is a Principal and joined Bixby in 2010. Prior to joining Bixby, Mr. Battin was Regional Manager & Vice President at iStar Financial in Chicago. Mr. Battin worked as an originator and underwriter for direct lenders in Chicago and Los Angeles from 2001 to 2006 and was a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young LLP’s real estate advisory practice. Mr. Battin holds a B.S. in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University (1997).

 


 

Gu Gong

Gu Gong is a Principal and joined Bixby in 2010. Prior to joining Bixby, Mr. Gong worked for Blue Ridge China, a US private equity firm based in Beijing, China. Mr. Gong, a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA), obtained his Master’s Degree from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in 2010 and obtained his B.S. from Peking University.

 


 

Colleen Clark

Colleen Clark is a Vice President and joined Bixby in 2013. Prior to joining Bixby, Ms. Clark oversaw a portfolio of stabilized assets at Sterling Bay. Ms. Clark also worked in real estate management and workplace services at CBRE from 2007 to 2012. Ms. Clark graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2005.
