Bixby provides bridge loans secured by a wide variety of commercial real estate including multifamily, office, hotel, industrial, retail, land and special use properties such as senior housing, self-storage and marinas. While most of our loans are secured by senior liens, we will consider mezzanine financing on a case-by-case basis. We focus primarily on the continental United States, but we also possess experience lending overseas in Canada, Europe, Fiji, Russia and the Caribbean.
