An 88,000 sf retail center in Rocklin, CA from a special servicer. At acquisition, two out-parcels sat vacant and the leases were all short-term and below market. Bixby brought in national tenants, increased occupancy and made capital improvements to enhance the appearance of the center.

Fort Wayne, IN

Together with a general partner, we purchased an 862,000 square foot warehouse facility located in Ft. Wayne, IN. At the time of purchase, the property was 66% occupied with short-term leases and in need of a new roof. We were able to stabilize the property post-acquisition and sold it in 2015.
